Biography

My Name is Michael Fiander Jr. This is my sixth year working for the Boys and Girls Club. I began working for the Club in 2006 and have held many positions including: YDP, Assistant Director, and Club Care Coordinator. I love every minute of my time at the club and enjoy interacting with all of the members and watching them grow! I currently have a BA in History from Washington State University and will soon complete my Masters in Teaching through Heritage University. In July I was blessed with the birth of my first child, and it has been the most wonderful journey a father can ask for. I love to do outdoor activities including mountain biking, snowboarding, and my all time favorite FISHING!! If I’m not at the club or doing homework chances are I am fishing.
