If your child is not already a member, you'll need to fill out the complete registration package. Visit our registration page and fill out the Club Care Membership Form.

All parents must submit the Winter Camp Registration Form. (Don't forget to fill out the emergency card.)

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (or another PDF reader) installed on your computer to view and print these files.
